3. Panthenol Benefits
- Moisturizing
Panthenol has good hygroscopicity. Compared with other moisturizers, panthenol has the advantage of having a smaller molecular weight, so it can effectively penetrate the stratum corneum. Panthenol enters the stratum corneum of the skin and can be converted into vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid).
